Job Description:
As a home and community care worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals in their homes and communities to help maintain their independence and quality of life.
Your duties may include personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and social engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
Must have a car for transportation
Full Australian Driver's License
Valid Police check
Valid Working with Children check
