St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support Hospital in the Home (HITH) and Residential Inreach (RIR) services. The role involves travel to patients' homes and residential facilities to deliver specialist clinical pharmacy care.
You will join a cooperative multidisciplinary team, bring robust clinical judgment, and hold current APHRA registration with a minimum of three years' hospital pharmacy experience.
