We’re looking for an energetic, organised Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the Kelvin Grove restaurant - someone who can set the pace, lift standards and bring a young team along with them.

The role:

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager and supported by a hands on area manager, you’ll be hands-on across the day-to-day operation, including:

- Leading shifts and setting clear expectations for the team
- Rostering, labour management, stock and inventory
- Driving sales, profitability and guest experience
- Coaching, developing and performance-managing team members
- Maintaining high operational, food safety and compliance standards
- Listening to customers and continually looking for ways to improve
- Creating structure, energy and accountability across the restaurant

About you:

You might already be working in QSR or fast food, or come from a busy pub, casual dining or high-volume hospitality setting.

You’ll bring:





- Previous team leadership or management experience
- Confidence with rosters, stock and basic financials
- Energy and the ability to motivate a predominantly young team
- Strong organisation and an eye for detail
- Confidence setting expectations and managing performanceA genuine focus on customers and their experience
- A team-first, roll-up-your-sleeves approach

The package: up to $70,000 + super + additional bonuses linked to KPI incentives linked to sales, guest experience and profitability.

The roster: Full-time, predominantly Tuesday - Saturday, with a mix of days and evenings.
