Pact Contract Manufacturing in Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance team and uplift reliability across the Fairfield site. You will oversee preventative, predictive and planning maintenance programs and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, productive operations.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will drive OEE improvements, manage maintenance budgets and CAPEX, and champion safety and continuous improvement across the operation.
