We are seeking a Clinical SME Pharmacist to lead the development of relationships relating to pharmacy-specific ICT systems including dispensing robots with HHS stakeholders, the project team, ,and software providers. Actively participate in project activities including, project meetings and stakeholder engagement activities. In addition, you will:

- Operationally manage and lead all aspects of the provision of subject matter expertise, capable of providing high quality, effective and productive advice to users of pharmacy-specific software across Queensland Health's business, both within and outside the pharmacy area.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships between the project team, CISSU Pharmacy team and clients within the Department of Health, eHealth Queensland and the software vendor(s) supplying software for use within the pharmacy business. Advocate for the pharmacy business within such relationships and ensure project objectives are delivered or escalated appropriately.
- Participate in and provide effective leadership of the business process mapping of current and future state, clinical workflow redesign, user acceptance testing and deployment of software, in association with the project team, eHealth and the software vendor. Apply high level stakeholder engagement, negotiation and decision-making skills to these processes. Assist with go-live readiness activities and provide staff with go-live assistance, training and support.

To be successful in this role,



you will be able to demonstrate:

- advanced level of knowledge of software applications managed by Queensland Health pharmacy and dispensing robot workflows, in order to provide SME expertise to the Project.
- high level communication, interpersonal, negotiation and delegation skills, and ability to provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on matters relating to the i.Pharmacy robot interface upgrade from bespoke to core.
- ability to provide leadership and advice to stakeholders and the Project on a range of issues associated with pharmacy-specific workflows and processes.
- experience in designing and delivering training or coaching is desirable, but not essential.
- existing knowledge of Queensland Health pharmacy operations and dispensing robot workflows, preferably at either Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

The following qualifications are mandatory for appointment to the role:

- A tertiary qualification in Pharmacy from a recognised institution, or an overseas qualification assessed as equivalent in Australia.
