Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will apply contemporary evidence-based practice and provide expert clinical judgement in both routine and complex maternity care situations. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting Registered Nurses, Midwives and other staff, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, safety and quality improvement.**About you**Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:* Practice in accordance with code of ethics, qualified standards and legislation affecting midwifery practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.* Apply advanced clinical midwifery expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation,
