Rexco Equipment, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative to join its team in Farley, IA!

The Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships and conducting meetings to best understand the customer’s equipment needs.

Job Duties

- Plan daily customer contacts and manage customer relationships
- Identify all equipment currently owned or needed by customers that can be sold and maintained
- Create sale documentation,



agreements, payment terms, and obtain credit information
- Utilize CRM calendar to plan and execute an effective communication strategy with customer accounts
- Maintains and enhance ongoing customer relationships through timely follow-up communication
- Recommend product-based solutions to customers based on proactive account management
- Coordinate any product training necessary to ensure the customer is well educated on recent equipment

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of sales experience within the equipment rental, sales, or service industry
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license required
