Brisbane

Opportunities across Stafford, North Lakes and Greater Ipswich

Experienced Buyer’s Agents and residential sales professionals are encouraged to apply

“Uncapped earning potential” is easy to advertise.

It means very little when the lead flow is inconsistent, the systems only exist in an onboarding presentation and the promised autonomy eventually becomes being left to figure everything out alone.

If you’re already working as a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll understand the difference between operating beneath a brand and being genuinely backed by one.

You may have stayed where you are because moving feels like starting again. Rebuilding your pipeline, establishing new relationships and risking another opportunity that sounds different but operates exactly the same.

This opportunity asks a different question:

What could you achieve if the right structure, people and resources were already around you?

Our client is a growing Queensland buyer’s agency looking for the right people to strengthen its presence across three important local markets:

Stafford and surrounding North Brisbane suburbs

North Lakes and the broader Moreton Bay region

You’ll work primarily within the market you know best. You won’t be expected to stretch yourself across every corner of South East Queensland and pretend that local expertise can be built from behind a dashboard.

- Stafford and surrounding North Brisbane suburbs

- North Lakes and the broader Moreton Bay region

- Greater Ipswich

You’ll work primarily within the market you know best. You won’t be expected to stretch yourself across every corner of South East Queensland and pretend that local expertise can be built from behind a dashboard.

Why This, Why Now?

Queensland buyers are becoming more considered about what they purchase, what they pay and whether they should act at all.

They don’t need someone who simply forwards listings or encourage them to buy for the sake of completing a transaction.

They need someone who can interpret the market, identify genuine value, recognise risk and provide enough clarity for them to act with confidence.

Sometimes that means negotiating the right purchase of the right property on the best terms, at the best price.

Sometimes it means having the judgement to recommend walking away.

Our client wants Buyer’s Agents who understand that distinction and care about the quality of the outcome, not simply the speed of the transaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll guide home buyers and investors through the complete purchase process, including:

- Understanding the client’s circumstances, objectives and brief

- Researching and sourcing on-market, pre-market and off-market opportunities

- Assessing property suitability, value, location and potential risk

- Completing inspections and coordinating appropriate due diligence

- Developing offer, auction and negotiation strategies

- Negotiating purchases and managing clients through to settlement

- Building trusted relationships with local selling agents and referral partners

- Maintaining an organised pipeline through established systems and CRM

- Building your profile and presence within your local market

If you’re currently working in residential sales, you may already have more relevant experience than you realise.

You understand pricing, buyer behaviour, campaign strategy and negotiation from the seller’s side of the transaction.

This opportunity allows you to bring that knowledge across the table and use it entirely in the buyer’s interests.

The Opportunity

Our client has invested in the infrastructure that allows capable agents to focus on advising clients and securing property.

This includes established lead flow, industry partnerships, off-market relationships, technology, CRM systems, marketing support, training and access to an experienced team.

You’ll be given room to build your reputation within a defined local market without being left to build every component of the business alone.

This remains a performance-based opportunity for someone commercially minded, disciplined and motivated to build a meaningful pipeline.

The difference is that you’ll have a platform designed to strengthen your effort rather than an empty promise that everything is “uncapped”.

The commission structure is designed to reward performance, but the opportunity extends beyond the next transaction.

It’s a chance to join a growing business, establish genuine ownership of your local market and build a long-term career alongside people who are equally serious about property and client outcomes.

What You’ll Need

To be considered, you’ll bring either:

- At least one year of experience as a Buyer’s Agent; or

- Demonstrated residential sales experience with solid negotiation skills, buyer management capability and local market knowledge

You’ll also require:

- An active Queensland Real Estate Licence

- Strong knowledge of residential property

- Confidence communicating with buyers, agents and referral partners

- A disciplined and organised approach to pipeline management

- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- Full working rights in Australia

Above all, you’ll care about providing advice that can withstand scrutiny. Buying property is a significant financial decision, and our client wants people who take that responsibility seriously.
