We are seeking a motivated Senior Dental Receptionist to join our supportive, patient-focused team at our Brighton practice.

About the Role

- Greeting patients warmly and professionally
- Managing bookings, enquiries, and daily schedules
- Maximising chair utilisation through gap management, recalls and treatment plan conversion
- Processing payments, HICAPS, Medicare and patient communication




- Handling patient enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person
- Problem-solving and taking initiative
- Collaborating closely with the team

About You

We value attitude, commitment, and professionalism above all. You will also have:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
- Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliability and a genuine passion for the industry
- Confidence with computers
- Superior organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to contribute to team morale
- An approachable personality who is friendly, bubbly, and well-presented
