- Prepareandcookpremiumsteaks,ribsandgrilledmeats
- Produceburgers,pizzas,sauces,sidesandothermenuitems
- Ensuredishesarepresentedconsistentlyandtoahighstandard
- Carryoutdailymiseenplaceforefficientservice
- Monitorfoodqualityandcorrectportionsizes
- Followrecipes,cookingproceduresandkitchenstandards
- Maintainappropriatefoodtemperaturesandstorageprocedures
- Assistwithreceivingandstoringfooddeliveries
- Monitorstocklevelsandassistwithreducingunnecessarywastage
- Maintainaclean,organisedandsafeworkingenvironment
- Supportjuniorchefsandkitchenstaff
- WorkcloselywiththeHeadChefandSousChef

Requirements & Eligibility

- RelevantCertificateIIIorIVqualificationinCommercialCookery
- Atleast1yearofrelevantexperienceinacommercialkitchen
- ExperienceworkingasaChef,ChefdePartieorinasimilarkitchenrole
