Accommodations Plus International is seeking an Operations Supervisor for APAC to lead daily operations across all products, coaching onsite and remote agents, and ensuring high-quality client service. You will collaborate with global teams to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement.

Applicants should have at least three years’ experience in airline/call centre operations, with hands-on knowledge of ACES/DPAX, and solid communication and leadership abilities.
