Lives Lived Well is seeking an AOD Support Worker for Chambers Flat, Logan, delivering structured afternoon and evening programs from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday (25 hours/week). This part time role supports residents and families across Logan House Rehabilitation and Logan Family Recovery, focusing on engagement, wellbeing, and recovery pathways.

You will maintain records, build caring relationships, and work with a multidisciplinary team to foster a safe, respectful environment.
