Jaybro is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team full-time in Altona, VIC.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying recent business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building solid relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure current business opportunities across key industry sectors (civil, construction Tier 1 & 2, utilities, infrastructure).
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations,



and product demonstrations.
Act as a key point of contact for major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements.
Resolve issues promptly, working with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
Develop and execute a region sales plan aligned to regional and state growth goals.
Track and analyse sales metrics, ensuring visibility on progress to targets.
Conduct quarterly reviews with top-tier customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers at all levels—site, procurement, and head office.
Generate leads and drive new business, keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions
