Lion is seeking a Safety Partner at the Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe to work with site leaders, strengthening safety practices and driving continuous improvement across the operation.
You will coach leaders to identify and manage operational risks, support incident management and emergency planning, and balance practical production needs with safety requirements. A Certificate IV in WHS and solid stakeholder skills are essential. Return‑to‑Work knowledge is beneficial.
