About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy retail food store. You’ll lead and motivate your team, ensure exceptional product presentation, maintain high service standards, and take pride in creating a welcoming and professional store environment. A solid coffee focus is part of the role — from managing coffee service to ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
You’ll take ownership of the store’s performance and be supported by a leadership team who value initiative, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and uphold product and coffee quality standards
- Oversee daily coffee operations and support staff training to deliver consistent results
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and visual merchandising
- Handle rostering, training, and performance management
- Drive sales and ensure store targets are achieved
- Foster a positive, supportive team environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a hands-on approach
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach
- Strong coffee knowledge or barista experience
- A genuine passion for quality food, coffee and great service
- A positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
