Revenue / Collections Officer - New role due to growth

Due to continued growth, our client has created a new chance for a Revenue Officer to join their established finance function.

Working within a team of three and reporting to the Manager, this is a varied role combining revenue administration, invoicing, client liaison and data management. You’ll play an important part in ensuring invoices and monthly claims are processed accurately and in line with individual client requirements.

This would suit someone with experience in billing, revenue, accounts receivable or a similar finance administration role who is confident working with large volumes of data and enjoys resolving queries.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client queries and resolving invoice disputes
- Liaising directly with clients regarding invoicing and billing requirements
- Processing and submitting invoices through various client portals
- Ensuring invoices meet individual client requirements and supporting documentation is complete
- Preparing documentation and supporting information for monthly claims
- Reviewing invoice information and investigating discrepancies
- Working with large data sets to ensure billing information is accurate




- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with revenue reporting
- Working closely with the Revenue Manager and wider business to resolve billing issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve revenue and invoicing processes

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have previous experience in revenue, billing, accounts receivable, finance administration or a similar high-volume environment.

You will also bring:

- Strong Excel skills and confidence manipulating large data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience managing invoice or billing queries
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate discrepancies
- Confidence communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution
