About the role:
We're seeking skilled, reliable chefs who thrive in a quick-paced venue and take pride in consistent, quality food. You'll work across a busy kitchen serving pub classics through to á la carte dining, so previous experience in a similar high-volume environment is essential.
What you'll bring:
Around 5 years' experience as a chef in a busy commercial kitchen (pub, restaurant or hotel background preferred)
Solid knife skills and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure across multiple sections
A team-first attitude and flexibility to work a variety of shifts,
including nights, weekends and public holidays
