Melrose Built Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an Estimator who takes ownership of tenders from initial review through to submission, negotiation and handover, working closely with our construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
You will review drawings, prepare take-offs and cost plans, secure trade coverage, test buildability and present transparent pricing and recommendations. The role offers the chance to influence estimating processes and learn from on-site delivery.
