Rose of Australia Hotel in Inner West Sydney is seeking a hands-on front of house manager to lead a busy local venue known for food, functions and fun. You will oversee service standards, mentor the team, and collaborate with owners on promotions to drive robust revenue.

The role requires 1–2 years in a fast-paced F&B; bar or pub, a passion for drinks, and excellent communication, including social media. A genuine people person who thrives on variety will fit well within our team.
