Please note:

Due to operational requirements, applicants must be:

- Available to work evenings, Fridays and Saturdays.
- Adaptable to work across all three Illawarra clubs, located in Fairy Meadow, Wollongong and Warilla.
- Work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

THE ROLE

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to:

- Generate leads and convert them into memberships
- Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
- Maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards
- Options for path to leadership roles within the club
- Provide support across our Illawarra clubs as required.

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game! Here’s what makes you could bring to our club:

- Passion for health and fitness, with strong gym knowledge considered an advantage
- Sales and customer service experience, with a drive to achieve goals in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for supporting members and building an inclusive community
- Social media savvy and confident creating engaging promotional content, including appearing on camera
- Strong organisation, time management skills, and a collaborative, growth-focused mindset
- You have the following credentials listed below.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Working with Children Check
