Key Responsibilities

- Train,guideandsupportteammemberstomaintainconsistentservicestandards
- Monitorcustomerexperienceandresolvecomplaintsorserviceissuesprofessionally
- Maintainappropriatestocklevelsandcoordinatesupplyorders
- Monitorvenueprocedurestosupportcompliancewithhealthandsafetyrequirements
- Ensureday-to-dayoperationsfollowapplicablelicensingandhospitalityregulations
- Supportpromotionalactivities,functionsandspecialevents
- Monitorsalesactivity,staffperformanceandcustomerfeedback
- Prepareoperationalupdatesandreportsformanagement
- Promoteaprofessional,welcomingandservice-focusedworkplaceculture

Requirements & Eligibility

- DemonstratedexperienceinaDutyManager,Supervisororhospitalitymanagementposition
- Genuinehands-onknowledgeofhospitalityandvenueoperations
- Provenabilitytolead,superviseandmotivatehospitalityteams
- Strongcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills
- Confidentdecision-makingandproblem-solvingability
- Experiencewithstockcontrol,orderingandbasicfinancialresponsibilities
- Abilitytoworkevenings,weekendsandotherflexiblehospitalityhours
- Relevanthospitality,businessormanagementqualificationsareadvantageous
- ApplicantscurrentlyonshoreinAustraliaarepreferred
