Aje is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager for our Essendon store in Melbourne. You will join a fashion house translating Australian lifestyle into elegant, relaxed style and will lead a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will drive sales through personalised service, product knowledge, and effective visual merchandising, while supporting the Boutique Manager with store operations and VIP customer relationships.
