Amora Hotel Brisbane is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager - Banquets to lead banquet operations across conferences, weddings and events in Brisbane’s premier five‑star hotel.

You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager, oversee event preparation, service and pack down, and work closely with Sales, Kitchen and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.
