INCITIAS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects in marine, offshore, and energy sectors. A background as a Project Engineer with hands-on mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering experience is preferred, with a track record in OEM equipment design.

Responsibilities include managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.
