The Salvation Army in Mackay is seeking a Family Violence Team Leader to guide a dedicated team delivering accommodation, outreach and case management for victim-survivors. You will champion trauma-informed, high-quality services, supervise staff and ensure compliance with funding and quality standards.

Ideally you have a degree in Social Work or related discipline, proven leadership in the family violence sector, and experience managing residential, outreach and case management services.
