About this role
Provides an e-procurement (ESCAT) help desk service to FRNSW staff and administrative support to the branch.
About you:
- Provide first level support to staff on e-procurement enquiries and undertake transactional e-procurement activities
- Maintain the work unit’s databases, electronic records management and document tracking systems, record, update and track enquiries via a computerized electronic system and generate and analyze reports for management
- Undertake monthly reviews of short-term supply arrangements for low risk, easy to procure items to ensure supply details are recorded accurately in the eProcurement system
- Undertake a monthly review of unconverted purchase requests and arrange release or rejection
- Provide administrative and support services to the Business Unit and assist with projects as required
- Administer the opening and recording of tenders received through the e-Tenders and e-Quote system and prepare documentation for evaluation
- Coordinate the permanent recruit firefighter uniform fitting process
