Bupa Docklands is seeking a Receptionist/Concierge to be the first point of contact in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres. This casual role covers weekdays and weekends, with centre hours 8am–6pm, and will move to a new Collins Street Melbourne centre in December.

You will perform identity checks, process EFTPOS payments, verify documentation, and guide customers through the medical examination process, using our databases and transparent communication.
