Key Responsibilities

- Leadtheday-to-dayoperationofaprofessionalresidentialkitchen
- Supervise,supportanddevelopkitchenteammembers
- Prepareandoverseenutritious,appealingandhigh-qualitymeals
- Coordinatemenusaccordingtoresidentdietaryandnutritionalrequirements
- Maintainstrongfoodsafety,hygieneandHACCPstandards
- Monitorfoodquality,preparationprocessesandkitchenstandards
- Managekitchenworkflowtoensuremealsarepreparedanddeliveredefficiently
- Identifyopportunitiestoimprovefoodquality,serviceandkitchenoperations
- Workcloselywithresidents,familiesandcolleaguestosupportapositivediningexperience
- Maintainaccurateandconsistentkitchenpracticesandcompliancestandards
- Promotearespectful,inclusiveandteam-focusedkitchenenvironment
- Applyprofessionalculinaryknowledgeacrossadiverserangeofmealsanddietaryrequirements
