Total Support Services in Adelaide is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to empower clients with disabilities to connect with communities and providers. The role requires experience with mental health needs and will help participants navigate the NDIS plan and maximise supports.

You will join a metropolitan Adelaide team in a full time permanent position, working collaboratively to deliver excellent outcomes and supportive service to clients and families.
