We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to lead and drive the implementation of a Contact Centre platform. You will bridge the gap between business strategy, member experience, and technology delivery. You will lead a delivery team to ensure seamless solution design, business process alignment, regulatory compliance, and operational adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Delivery: Lead project execution from discovery and design through build, integration, testing, go-live, and hyper care within scope, budget, and time frame.
- Business & CX Transformation: Partner closely with Member Services, Employer Relations, Marketing, and Contact Centre leaders to ensure the CRM platform transforms member journeys, retention workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Governance & Stakeholder Management:



Establish project governance, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting frameworks. Regularly report to Steering Committees and Executive Sponsors.
- Agile / Hybrid Delivery Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and release planning to ensure consistent delivery momentum and high quality.

Additional Relevant Skills

- Technical Background: Amazon Connect and MS Dynamics (CRM) are ideal, but experience with any contact centre technology is acceptable.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build rapport with Product Owners, work with them to define requirements, ask challenging questions, and hold them accountable.
- Strategic & Business Focus: Must view the program through a business lens and demonstrate strong energy and excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability & Leadership: Proven ability to drive progress and establish plans in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly, and pivot/agitate when necessary.
