Respect Aged Care is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead Wellington Views in Old Beach, Hobart, Tasmania. This full-time role focuses on delivering protected, person-centered clinical care to residents and supporting registered nurses, enrolled nurses and personal carers.

You will plan, allocate and delegate duties, uphold policies, and manage human, material and fiscal resources within budgetary guidelines.
