Journey Early Learning Echuca West is seeking an Educational Leader to provide pedagogical leadership across the centre, strengthening curriculum and teaching practice while supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
You will mentor educators, guide reflective practice, and ensure programs align with EYLF and children’s individual learning needs. This role includes contributing to the QIP and promoting a team-oriented learning culture within the centre.
