ECMS is seeking a Room Leader for Hurstbridge Children’s Centre to lead a high‑quality program for children aged 0–2, in collaboration with families and educators. You’ll implement engaging learning experiences within the ECMS framework and foster solid connections with the community.

The role is full‑time and fixed until December 2027, with a 38‑hour week on a rotational roster from 6:45am to 6:15pm. A supportive, inclusive culture and excellent professional development await.
