You will partner with People & Culture, Finance, ICT and operations to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and exceptional service delivery in a large, regulated workplace.
You will drive system optimisation in Aurion and related HRIS, oversee a high-performing team, and drive continuous process improvements while supporting strategic payroll initiatives
