In this role, you'll:

- Lead business analysis activities across complex projects and initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, delivery teams and SMEs to align priorities and outcomes
- Deliver high-quality analysis across requirements, processes, impacts, risks and benefits to support effective decision-making.
- Supportbusiness change and transformation, ensuring solutions are practical, operationally ready and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Proven experience leading business analysis activities across complex projects or programs within a multi-disciplinary delivery environment
- Strong experience developing business cases, requirements documentation, process models,



and solution options for complex transformation initiatives
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent relevant skilled experience
- IIBA or PMI-PBA with additional credentials in Agile (e.g., CSPO, ICP-BAF), Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2®) are highly desirable
