Information Architecture and Solution Readiness Stream Lead — Sunshine Coast — 8-Month Contract

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Information Architecture and Solution Readiness Stream Lead to spearhead the delivery of a critical Asset Management Program. You will ensure project alignment with strategic objectives, governance requirements, and implementation timeframes while driving business transformation within a large-scale enterprise workplace. What You Will Do:

- Lead the delivery of the Information Architecture and Solution Readiness stream, ensuring alignment with objectives, governance requirements, and implementation timeframes.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver integrated project plans to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Plan and coordinate relevant integration works alongside system owners, technical specialists, and vendors to manage interfaces, requirements, and testing.
- Manage stream resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing timely escalation and mitigation actions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and change activities to establish effective relationships and achieve agreed business outcomes.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:





- Relevant degree or industry-recognised qualifications in Information Technology and Project Management, or equivalent experience managing projects within an enterprise IT environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex business and technology projects involving information architecture, data governance, enterprise systems, or system integration.
- Strong understanding of information management principles, including data standards, reporting, assurance, and access controls.
- Strong time management and organisation skills to handle complex projects, manage competing priorities, and balance varying stakeholder expectations.
- Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively across executive, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholder groups.
