Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker on the Gold Coast to help children and young people aged 5–18 who have experienced trauma. You’ll help them feel protected, build trust and develop skills to thrive.
You’ll work in a 24/7 residential setting, building relationships, supporting school and life skills, and promoting independence through trauma-informed care.
