Key Responsibilities

- Prepareandcookawiderangeofdishestoaconsistentlyhighstandard
- Ensuremealsarepreparedandservedwithinrequiredtimeframes
- Supporttheefficientdailyoperationofthekitchen
- Followrecipes,menusandestablishedkitchenprocedures
- Assistwithseasonalmenuplanningandmenuchanges
- Useingredientseffectivelywhilemaintainingqualitystandards
- Monitorstocklevelsandapplyeffectivestockrotationpractices
- Reducefoodwastagewhereverpossible
- Maintainaclean,safeandorganisedworkenvironment
- Assistwiththetraininganddevelopmentofkitchenstaff
- Communicateeffectivelywithteammembersduringbusyserviceperiods

Requirements & Eligibility

- Atleastfiveyearsofcommercialkitchenexperience
- Experienceworkinginafast-pacedhospitalityenvironment




- CertificateIIIinCommercialCookery
- DiplomainHospitalityorequivalentqualification
- Availabilitytoworkfull-timehoursincludinghospitality-basedshifts
- Strongabilitytoworkunderpressure
- Excellentcommunicationandteamworkskills
- Aproactiveandreliableapproachtokitchenoperations
