Panthers Group is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to lead scheduling, analytics and UKG Pro WFM governance across the Group, partnering with the CFO and reporting to the Group People & Culture Manager.

You will drive data-informed workforce decisions, build robust rosters, and embed best-practice planning across Operations, IT, Finance and People & Culture. This role demands strong analytics, stakeholder influence and transparent communication.
