Reception & Social Media Assistant – Pickleball Sport Club

YS Pickleball is a new indoor pickleball venue in Osborne Park with 8 premium courts and a members' lounge. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised casual team member to assist with reception, customer service, general administration and social media.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests and provide friendly customer service
- Manage court bookings, check-ins and general reception duties
- Answer customer enquiries in person, by phone and online
- Assist customers with memberships, court hire and venue information
- Process payments and assist with basic administration
- Help maintain a clean and organised reception, lounge and general venue area
- Restock vending machines and venue supplies when required
- Assist with Instagram and TikTok content
- Take photos and short videos around the venue




- Help create and post easy social media content

About you

- Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks during a shift
- Comfortable using social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable appearing in or creating casual social media content when required
- Willing to assist with light cleaning and general venue upkeep
- Professional and helpful when dealing with members and guests
- Available for a mix of weekday, evening and/or weekend shifts
- Willing to learn about pickleball and the venue
