Wellways is hiring a Carer Hub Navigator for the Upper Mount Gravatt region in Queensland. The role focuses on welcoming carers, forming partnerships with community services, health providers and local government to improve access to Carer Gateway services.

Ideal candidates will have a Certificate IV or higher in a related field, a current driver’s licence, and experience working with family carers in mental health or community services.
