An established boutique strata management business in the Pyrmont area is looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a smaller business where you are supported, valued and given the autonomy to manage your portfolio effectively.

The Role:

You will manage an established and manageable portfolio of approximately 700–900 lots with support from the wider team.
The business has built a strong reputation for providing personalised service and maintaining long-term relationships with its clients. With a smaller team environment, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and have access to support when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 700–900 lots
- Build strong relationships with owners and strata committees
- Prepare for and conduct AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors
- Manage budgets, levies and financial matters
- Respond to owner and committee enquiries




- Provide advice on strata legislation and day-to-day matters
- Ensure schemes remain compliant with NSW legislation
- Work closely with internal support and administration
- Deliver a high level of service across your portfolio

About You:

- Minimum of approximately 3 years’ strata management experience
- Experience managing your own portfolio
- Good understanding of NSW strata legislation
- Relevant NSW strata qualifications and/or licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident dealing with owners and committees
- Well organised with strong time-management skills
- Professional and proactive approach
- Comfortable working within a smaller, collaborative team
