360 Service Corp is seeking a Silicone / Sealant Applicator to join our growing team. We work with multi-residential builders, medium-rise developments, custom builders, project home builders, commercial clients, and private clients across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding areas including Tweed, Ipswich and inland SEQ.
Key responsibilities
Apply silicone and sealant products to construction projects
Work on polyurethane sealants, PFP / fire-rated sealants, and expansion and construction joints
Complete sealing work in wet areas, bathrooms, and internal and external applications
Perform defect and rectification work as required
Produce clean, professional finishes on all work
Work independently on assigned tasks
Communicate effectively with both clients and the 360 Team
Maintain attention to detail throughout projects
About you
Experience in silicone/sealant application
Ability to produce a clean, professional finish
Reliable and punctual
Can work independently
Understand construction sites and builder expectations
Willing to learn and improve
Experience with polyurethane, PFP/fire-rated products and multi-residential work is highly regarded
