About our role





We're looking for proactive Civil Design Engineers / Civil Designers to join our Melbourne team. With a strong pipeline of transport, energy and civil infrastructure projects, you'll work on diverse projects while collaborating with industry-leading specialists across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, eager to broaden their experience, and motivated to build a long-term career in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Qualification in Civil Engineering. Diploma in Civil Design or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in civil engineering design within a consulting workplace
- Proficiency in OpenRoads, Civil 3D and/or 12D
- Experience delivering road, highway, transport, or civil infrastructure projects ideal
- Experience producing civil design models, drawings, and documentation for infrastructure projects
- The ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
