Michael Hill is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst L1 to be the first line of support for colleagues across Australia, Recent Zealand and Canada. Based in our Brisbane Support Centre, you will gain hands-on experience with a range of technologies and grow your technical skills within a supportive team.

You will log and prioritise requests, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving the end-user experience while collaborating across IT and business functions.
