BlueCare is expanding its clinical nursing team in the community and the role focuses on delivering high-quality in-home care. You will lead a client portfolio, mentor frontline staff, and make sound clinical decisions to promote independence and quality of life for clients.

You will develop and review care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accreditation standards are met within a compassionate, person-centred framework.
