ALH Hotels Mermaid Waters is seeking a Front Office Attendant to warmly welcome guests at the Mermaid Waters Hotel on the Gold Coast. You will be the first point of contact, delivering attentive service and handling front desk tasks with efficiency.

The role requires solid guest service, great communication, and a current RSA certificate, with hands-on duties including lifting and moving stock as part of regular operations.
