healthAbility is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to cover a 12-month parental leave. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering end-to-end HR support, managing ER/IR matters, and guiding policy and changes across a small, collaborative team.

The role requires solid coaching, strategic and operational HR delivery, and the ability to balance people, costs, and performance while maintaining the organisation’s values-driven approach to community health.
