We are Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeking a Product Growth (CRO) Manager to own conversion across Juniper’s digital funnel. You’ll diagnose where users drop, design rigorous experiments, and partner with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to ship experiences that improve conversion.

You will lead an ambitious experimentation program, connect analytics to decisions, and help shape current conversion journeys as Juniper expands its product ecosystem globally.
