SunWater is seeking an experienced Health and Wellbeing Lead to shape and deliver programs that protect the health, wellbeing and safety of our people. Based in Fortitude Valley or regional offices, you’ll lead a small team of Health & Wellbeing Advisors and partner with leaders to embed best-practice strategies.

Responsibilities include rehabilitation and return-to-work management, executive reporting and the development of risk-reduction programs.
